Lovely small hotel, truly enjoyed our stay here. There was gorgeous breakfasts with homemade cakes. The staff were very very helpful and welcoming, gave us great tips. It was in an incredibly comfortable and excellent location adjacent to Close to the beach.

The location was perfect and particularly good, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was fantastic friendly. I could get studio suite with a sea view, enjoyed that.

Magnificent particularly good location, close to everything. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Palouki. The double room with great view, facilities worked for us.

Well-equipped and exceptionally comfortable hotel, everything was nice. The room was immaculate with very comfy beds and fairly clean bathroom.

The hotel had a very central position short walk to Skopelos and the sea, the quite area which is important, and all nice restaurants and bars.

Totally recommend to spend the vacation in this place.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and perfect with great view, so that guests have essentials. This is an unbeatable location in Skopelos Town. And the area is nice quiet near to Skopelos and the sea, Close to the beach and close to the center.

I keep returning to this place because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, private beach, and amazing infinity pool. The staff even helped me with my forgotten belongings. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

The rooms were exceptionally clean as for me, with great view. Location: the hotel was just next door to all nice restaurants and bars, the water front and close to the center. And it was relatively near Ta Kymata, ate there couple of times: D

The pool here is fantastic, and it's convenient to have on-site parking. The location is wonderful, with easy access to the beaches, bars, and town.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful, new, and clean property in a great location. The owner even went above and beyond to find an automatic car for me. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options. The rooms all had stunning views and were well-appointed with comfortable bedding and nice bathroom products. I highly recommend Olia Green Residence and would definitely stay there again!

While the wifi could be a bit patchy, it didn't inconvenience me much since I had my own. Also, the hotel is currently not wheelchair-friendly in the main block, but they are working on accessible rooms.

This budget hotel is in the best part of the town, within a short walk from all the attractions. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is excellent with a good variety. The room is clean and fresh, equipped with everything you need, including beach towels. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, offering excellent customer service. The pool area has comfortable sunbeds and a pool bar that stays open all day.

The Wi-Fi signal could be improved in certain areas of the hotel.

As a budget traveler, I loved the modern and stylish refurbishment of the building. The attention to detail was impressive. The location was convenient, close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and building were spotlessly clean.

The rooms at Olia Green Residence are well-maintained and offer a great view. The location is lovely, with easy access to the Photo Centre of Skopelos and it's adjacent to bars in Town as well as the port. It felt like home during our stay.
